We're a young small business with a big dream: make native plants accessible to everyone! There is huge lack in native plant selection at local nurseries. Even if local nurseries sell native species, they have most likely been treated with pesticides or are cultivated varieties, neither of which are pollinator friendly. Here at Wild Meadow Greenhouses, we NEVER use pesticides and we do our best to only grow straight species of native plants.
Some plants we lovingly offer: anise hyssop (Agastache), milkweeds (Asclepias), blue false indigo (Baptisia), cone flower (Echinacea), tickseed (Coreopsis), joe pye weed (Eutrochium), blazing star (Liatris), bee-balm (monarda), Rudbeckia, asters (Symphyotrichum), goldenrod (Solidago), and many many more!
Check out our inventory (updated weekly) to see what else we have in stock.
Please check out our FAQ section to learn more about native plants, why they're important, and where we source our seed from!
Our mission is to promote environmentally friendly landscaping, support pollinators and wildlife, and encourage restoration efforts through locally grown native plants.
Everyone can grow and use native plants, whether on a small balcony or through the installation of a large meadow. If everyone plants just a few native plants in their yards, patios, window boxes, or raised beds, we can make a big difference.
Hi! Thanks for stopping by!
I've been working in the Horticulture field since 2020 and with native plants since 2021. I received my degree in Horticulture from SUNY Morrisville, and currently work as a gardener for a local county park.
I have a passion for working with native plants, rebuilding habitat for pollinators and wildlife, and sharing what I've learned with others.
The more I learn about pollinators, wildlife, and ecosystem decline, the more reason I find to grow natives. Plus, they look amazing in our gardens!
Together we can rebuild habitat for pollinators and enjoy beautiful gardens.
